At Dr. Light, every order is checked before dispatch. Returns are accepted only when a product arrives damaged or defective.
Eligible returns
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product is defective on arrival.
Report immediately on arrival
Please inform us immediately upon receiving the order if you notice damage or a defect. Share your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and the package condition so our team can verify it quickly.
Not eligible for return
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect product selection, wattage, size, or colour temperature ordered by the customer.
- Products damaged after delivery, installation, or use.
- Issues reported after the arrival check window.
Resolution
After verification, Dr. Light may arrange a replacement, repair, or other suitable resolution for eligible damaged or defective products.
